By booking the Dudhsagar Trek through dudhsagartrek.org you agree to the following terms. Read them before you confirm payment.
The operator
This website is operated by BanBanjara Travels LLP (the "Operator"). References to "we", "us" or "our" refer to BanBanjara Travels LLP.
Bookings & payment
- All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment via our Razorpay payment page.
- Pricing on the site is per person and includes taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
- A booking is held only after the confirmation email or WhatsApp voucher is issued.
Cancellation & reschedule
- Free reschedule up to 24 hours before your batch — subject to slot availability.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the batch are non-refundable but can usually be rescheduled.
- If we cancel a safari due to weather, river flooding, or forest-department restrictions, you get a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–7 working days.
Safety, permits & conduct
- Follow the jeep captain's instructions at all times — they know the crossings, currents and terrain.
- Life jackets are provided at the plunge pool and must be worn while entering the water.
- Alcohol, drones and single-use plastics are prohibited inside the sanctuary.
- Damage to the sanctuary or disruption to wildlife may result in the group being escorted out without refund.
Health & liability
- The trek involves an off-road jeep ride, river crossings and short forest walks. Guests must be reasonably fit.
- Guests with heart conditions, pregnancy, or serious mobility limitations should consult their doctor before booking.
- The Operator's liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. Loss of personal belongings, personal injury not caused by operator negligence, and consequential loss are not covered.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Photography & media
Personal cameras and phones are welcome. Professional cameras and commercial photography require a separate forest-department permit. Photos taken by our team on batch days may be used for marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
